INTRODUCTION WHAT'S THIS FOR?We (2 Japanese, 1 Thai, and 1 Korean) are students majoring in Applied Japanese Linguistics at Tohoku University in Japan. All of us have experienced the difficulties of foreign language learning, and we are currently very interested in how to make language learning more fun, more relevant to youth culture and more accessible to students outside Japan. With this in mind, we started building Internet based teaching aids to facilitate the study of "real and natural" Japanese. The Internet has made studying in Japan possible while you are abroad. ABOUT TAKESHI'S DIARYThe main content of our homepage is a set of 7 video clips, which show a diary of a student at Tohoku University. He is an ordinary university student like you. What kind of "colloquial language" does he use? What kind of daily life does he live? You can see and listen by just clicking the mouse. We hope you will enjoy not only Japan but also Japanese with your own way. HELP US!We are trying to create an interesting and useful resource for Japanese learners abroad like you. To make our web site better, please send us your comments and suggestions by e-mail,
